Assessment of individual engineering systems in buildings and constructions

This assessment type focuses on reducing consumption rates or eliminating existing problems (defective operation) in separate engineering systems (heat distribution stations (HDS), heating, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning systems, as well as hot and/or cold water supply).

Assessments of engineering systems passes three stages:

• General assessment;
• Problem zones (defective operation) identification;
• Technical solutions development to eliminate earlier identified problem zones.

The assessment lasts for 10 days and results in working out an assessment report with solutions/recommendations to improve overall operation or eliminate problem zones in engineering systems.
