CIRCULAR ECONOMY FOR GREEN RECOVERY OF UKRAINE – NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2023

Following the results of the Ukraine Green Recovery Conference in Vilnius (28 November-1 December 2023), the Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Centre (Ukraine) holds its annual National Conference-2023 entitled “CIRCULAR ECONOMY FOR GREEN RECOVERY OF UKRAINE”. The Conference is organized within the EU4Environment Result 2 activities on “Circular Economy and New Growth Opportunities” funded by the European Union and managed by UNIDO.
This landmark event is dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Centre and EU support for the circular economy and green recovery of Ukraine.

             Format: hybrid (online+offline)
             Languages: Ukrainian and English (simultaneous interpretation)
Conference focus:
– presentation of the current progress in the transition to CE in Ukraine and active support tools, including policy instruments,
– discussion on the way forward in implementing CE in Ukraine through coordinated efforts of different stakeholders,
– demonstration of the CE activities at the level of the national companies,
– promotion of development of national CE knowledge.

The Conference is open to all stakeholders interested in and working on issues related to greening industry, Circular Economy, Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP), waste management, and environmental protection.

The outdated heating system in our college was upgraded thanks to an energy audit conducted by RECP Centre experts. The installation of an individual heating substation with weather-dependent regulation effectively solved the issue, reducing heating costs by 50%.
