The RECP Clubs in Poltava and Khmelnytskyi regions of Ukraine were established within the EU4Environment Programme, namely its component Circular Economy and New Growth Opportunities.
20 enterprises became the Clubs members and they were offered get familiar with RECP concept and its in-plant implementation. The sixth Steering Committee Meeting held within Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on 26 February 2020, was the last within the overall Project lifecycle (the UNIDO Project “Promoting the Adaptation and Adoption of Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) through the Establishment and Operation of a Cleaner Production Centre (CPC) in Ukraine”). Since it has been the final SC Meeting this year and within the whole Project, the donors (Swiss Confederation and the UNIDO) and the stakeholders (Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) were interested mainly in the key 2019 cumulative results.

13 February 2020 became the date for the third RECP Club meeting in Khmelnytskyi within EU4Environment programme financed by the EU.
Sound Chemicals Management and Chemical Leasing seminar (SCM&ChL) was held on February 06th, 2020. The event was hosted by Igor Sikorsky KPI and initiated by the Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Centre in Ukraine. The target audience were industrial companies, academia.
The Advisory Board (AB) meeting of the UNIDO project “Promoting the Adaptation and Adoption of Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production through the Establishment and Operation of a Cleaner Production Centre in Ukraine” took place on February 4th, in the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Conference Hall. The event gathered various governmental officials, industrial companies, international organizations, donors, and Ukrainian banks.
2 RECP Clubs started in December 2019, one in Poltava on 17th December, the other – in Khmelnytskyi on 19th December.

On December 20th, 2019 within EU4Environment programme framework (financed by EU) Johannes Fresner delivered a training “Circular Economy” to RECP Centre staff. The trainer Johannes Fresner has been for years the UNIDO expert and the Executive Director for STENUM GmbH, Austria.
